Why thank you so much. I think we are just a normal family with ability to explore and try many different things. Even though I have my art and karate, as well as my wonderful family, I find myself wishing I could play a musical instrument or sing or something else. Guess that's the challenge...always striving to do more.

Good to hear from you... I haven't been on here much lately either because I've been swamped with a major art job that took almost 2 months to finish. Finally done today. I've also joined "Facebook" at the request of my granddaughter and have been learning to manipulate that site also. Other than that, I've been sadly watching the leaves blossom into beautiful colors and dreading the colder weather. What have you been up to?

I've been doing temp work mostly. I'm getting ready to head out for two years as a missionary for my church, which I'm really excited for.

Congrats on the missionary work. My nephew is planning on being a minister and is headed for Bible College at the beginning of next year.

Doing okay... Better half was in PA last week and his pick-up broke down. He got his load delivered, but had to put it in a shop there and fly home. They got it fixed Friday and I took him to the airport Saturday morning to fly back up there and he drove it home. Got home yesterday afternoon. So far, so good. I think he's going to try to trade it off soon. It's a Ford 350, extended cab with all the bells & whistles and a beautiful blue/gray color. He's put a lot of miles on it and it's made us a lot of money, but when things start going out...it's time. How are things with you?

I think I may have been chatting to you about Steven Seagal's "music career". Well, guess what? I just found out he's playing Glasgow tonight! How's that for a bizarre coincidence?

I didn't know he was into music. I've only watched his earlier movies. I like watching his moves when he was younger. He's still good with is moves, I just can't stand to watch his face - no emotion - no facial expressions. I don't think I would want to watch him sing.

He's been playing "blues guitar" since he was a kid. I can't really comment on his music, as I haven't heard enough. I've heard he's actually very good on the guitar. I don't like his singing though - it's very bland for my tastes.
