Aren't they, though? It's deplorable that they have so few places to call home, any more--it's always so exciting to actually see these playful little river spirits bounding around, playing. I swear I almost feel like I age backwards when I'm around otters. >.>

Me too!! And they're great stress relievers. It's impossible to stay angry at someone if you flip the channel and baby otters are swimming and chirping in the water. I ended a fight with my sister that way once, and now "Baby Otters" is synonymous with "Peace" in my house.

Haha! I've been doing that to my girlfriend since I took these shots. If she comes home from work upset or starts to get angry about something, I'll just whip out one of these otters on my phone.
