I wouldn't have a problem with you sharing it, if you included that it was not your painting, and was painted by a family member. ^^

look i hate the story becuase the perosn who made it is dead
my great grandma
i knew her for 9 years she helped me draw other stuff she taught me so well
then when i was 11 she died of hip cancer
i wanted to share her art so people would see how good she drew

It's really sweet that you'd like to share her art. You don't have to share the story, but I think that in order to share her art better, that it'd be better to say that it was painted by her.

I read the artists comments, and had I seen that you had said that it was painted by your grandmother, then I probably wouldn't have said anything. When you say nothing, I assume you must have stolen it, because I don't know anything about your family, and there was no way that I could have known that it was painted by her.
