got a tablet, just graduated high school, got a ton of grad loot, bought a laptop, and mostly been hanging out at my sister's house where I'm also having my bday party. other then that web comics and rping.

I enjoy it, but I often need the beginning to sorta grab me, and then when I get into the addicted reading stage, if I get distracted or pulled away from it for to long I never go back and finish it. It's weird and awful @3@

If I have an interesting book in my hands I'll probably read the whole thing in one sitting, the same if I have multiple volumes of a series! for example Beast Master, I thought that there would be more books until I got to the second book that told me it was the last, it made me sad but I read both books on the same day. If I don't have the next volume I get antsy and twitchy until I can get my hands on it.

Teehee, reminds me of my friend. She got about 2 or 3 different complete book series just so she wouldn't have to deal with the waiting. I find myself liking one-off/short stories most of the time since I don't get so distracted and I feel like maybe it leaves more to my imagination. Then again, I don't know that I've ever read a complete book series. I have one, but I never finished it. :c

I haven't read a paper book in a long while, everything I'm reading now are all web comics and those make me just as antsy since I read most of them to their latest pages. I wish I could pick up a new series on the side to help the wait, but they took away Borders! ;A;

Guh my town has no book stores whatsoever, and the one in the mall closed down (though there's a barnes and noble near it but the mall is still a ways away).
The series was Julie of the Wolves, can't remember what it was about besides wolves. @w@

I just borrowed my brother's "The Tales of Beedle the Bard" and so far it's really good! (And it's short so maybe I'll actually finish it.)
I'll probably see about getting a book as early as possible at the library when I get back to school so I can avoid being too busy to read, that would certainly be an accomplishment. uwu
But yeah, library atmospheres are great! Assuming I'm not too worried about being loud, that's the only time I'm ever disconcerted.

I may procrastinate, but the classes that I do that to don't necessarily have due dates for work. It's really as long as you get it in by the end of that quarter. but I still don't fall to far behind so that I won't have to rush, feel overwhelmed, or be stressed. I'm aware I have to get stuff in, but know I still can take my time with only some slight feelings or urgency to get everything done.
