I have, but I honestly prefer paypal commissions because the point system is very misleading, so... If you're looking for cheap commissions, then it's better to not ask here, sorry ;w;
Of course I can make a commission slot with the DeviantArt point system, but it's still going to be about as expensive as my commissions normally would cost, maybe even a bit more because of that DeviantArt gets 10% of the money earned through the system.

note that the family/friends thing is only for when you're giving money as a gift. buying commissions actually is paying for goods and services, so if paypal finds out, THEN you're probably in for a fine like that, rip
