No idea what to put here, so I'll throw out random stuff. Umm, hey, name's Jake, as you can probably tell by my name up ^ there. I live out on the east coast of the United States, which kind of sucks, and I live out in 'the Styx' as I call it. Like, so far in the country I won't get Fios or anything for another ten years. I'm just your typical Jewish-American teen born to a lower middle class family. Nothing too special about me, really. I'd like to make music, but I have been told by the most musically talented guy I know that I 'will never be able to music good'. I trust his opinion because he managed to make our high school football team cry by playing the piano. I like to write, which is something a few people out there have told me I have potential for, but I don't believe them. Just like my drawing, it's just a hobby, something to do in my spare time. Do I wish I could be better at it? Always. Do I appreciate the talent that I may have? Sometimes. I tend to be a fairly pessimistic person, despite my overwhelming urge to crack jokes all the time. Funny how the Jews always seem to end up making the jokes. . . Well, there's not much else to say that my other info hasn't already. Yes, I am a brony. Yes, I ship Applejack and Rainbow Dash. Seriously, you at least have an understanding of different art styles and such. I have a billion and one pencils, 2 HB, 2 4B, and 2 6B pencils. Basically, I can shade scribbles xD You have all this talent and skill and I don't even know what else, but you're good. Like, really good.

You know, it all comes with practise and time, that's all I can say. For example that skull you drew is pretty cool, you have the skill, you just need to improve it. Man I'm talking like a freakin' Twilight Sparkle here, about art instead of books.

What an egghead. But seriously, if I could figure out how to work any kind of computer art or anything, I'd be ecstatic. I think a lot of the stuff made on the computer like your cover for OTSS looks much better just because of color and all that. Also, I do most of my drawings in like 30 minutes to an hour, and anything longer kind of gets on my nerves if I get anything wrong. The skull was beyond annoying at almost three hours of work, and I can still pick out every imperfection when I look at it.

When I went back to look at the first and realized I HADN'T read it, I literally face-keyboarded. Y'know, like face-palm or face-desk, but with a laptop.
