You mean just the fantasy genre in general? Because that's pretty much my favorite genre. Fantasy is so cool, I love it! My favorite kinds of books are Action/Adventure Fantasy Books. I also really like Mystery and Sci-Fi, though I don't like Sci-Fi nearly as much as Fantasy. 8D

Right now I am currently reading "Cinder" which is a really cool Sci-Fi version of Cinderella that takes place in the future.
Some of my favorite book (or series of books) that I've read are these:

Nancy Drew
The Secret Garden
Redwall
Heroes of Olympus
Percy Jackson and the Olympians (though you already knew that I've read those ones)
East
 of course I've read SO many other ones that I like, but I can never remember them when I want to...

Nice, I think I read most of those too.
I also kind of like Artemis Fowl, but it's a little bit stupid sometimes. I think my favourite series is Harry Potter because it has the most good lessons in it.

I've never heard of Artemis Fowl, what is it about? Also, I've never read Harry Potter, either. When I was young my mom didn't like us getting into the "dark" magic and all that, with witches and what not. But now that we're older she doesn't really care anymore, so I could probably read it sometime.

Well, artemis fowl is about a really rich boy named Artemis who's a criminal. There are fairies in it and stuff.

I highly recommend HP, it's really good.

Cinder, the first book in the Lunar Chronicles. I'm only to the fifth chapter so far though.

It's a series of books based on classic fairy tales with an interesting twist, it takes place super far in the future, in a sort of sci-fi world.

The first one is Cinder (based on Cinderella, except in this she is a cyborg)
The second one is Scarlet (based on red riding hood)
And I'm pretty sure the third one is called Cress (based on Rapunzel)

They sound good, I'm surprised I never heard of them before. I usually know about most of the fantasy books If I ever see them at my library I'll have to get them out.

Yeah, as it turns out the writer of the books is from the general area of Northwest Washington (as am I), or something like that, so that might have something to do with that.
