It was so, so much fun for me. I dumped hundreds of hours into that game. I put "Get it Together" by the Go Team on my nostalgia playlist. I actually didn't think LBP3 was bad. Then again, I may not have known any better back then. I enjoyed making all sorts of songs in the sequencer. With many childhood games, I get the feeling that if I went back, I wouldn't have as much fun now. But I don't feel that way about this series. I think now that I'm older, I may just enjoy them more.

I picked up writing when Mama put a Number 2 pencil in my hand and opened up a huge yellow book called "Learn to Read and Write in 100 Easy Lessons".
I picked up storytelling when I realized I enjoyed it.

Yes and no.
When I write, I have all the time I need to compose every sentance. You can't edit an oration real-time. But since I have all the time in the world, I quickly start second-guessing, and my stories can easily spiral into a cyclical editing hell.
Talking has greater potential to go awry, with less severe consequences. Just clear your throat and move on.

Oh, don't feel bad. I sometimes get hit with something I said ten years ago that makes me lay my head on the steering wheel for a while (not while the vehicle is moving). But you're the only one who remembers things like that.

I do. One term is broader than the other. A storyteller does not always have to be a writer.

Thank you again.
I've lately run a bit of a bell curve in my discourse. Times were, I couldn't ever make my point known. The words never lined up like I wanted. So I learned more words. All well and good, until I found myself facing another problem. I'd developed a propensity for pointless pompous prattle. I could get my message across well enough, but my sentences stretched on and on to the point of being comical. I didn't sound nearly so learned and well spoken as I fancied myself to. Honestly, I sounded like a colossal ass.
So I'm now on to step three of my quest. How to say words that actually matter.

Sympathies.
Go out and buy a box of Crayola crayons. The 64 color pack is actually pretty cheap, only a couple of American dollars. Draw a crayon picture with them. It's very liberating, and it tends to restart my creative juices.

Thanks.
Yeah I should take it like that, but it's not as easy like that. I'm missing the drive I used to have, it'll return tho.
No worries.
