I love you for your icon *Q*
GoldenSun is one of the best games I know!
Funny that IΒ΄m playing it again at the moment (even if I played it about 3 times to the end already XDDD) ItΒ΄s great ^3^
And your icon is kinda sweet >//>

Oh, why thank you!
I decided that a guard from MGS Peace Walker doing squats just wouldn't do anymore, so I chose a Venus djinn.
Djinni are the best eh?

No problem!
They are. you can attack so strong with them, you donΒ΄t loose a fight very often!
and they are so cute and strange XP β₯
Do you like venus djinns the most? I love mars djinns XD

James-Belmont In reply to Caldenir [2012-10-01 15:32:59 +0000 UTC]
I think Venus Djinni are the cutest, but Mars Djinni are the coolest.
I can never seem to find all the Djinni in any of the games, but I do just fine on all the bosses anyways.

Ah yeah!! ThatΒ΄s the way it is with me too XD
Everytime I start the game again I find more djinns and items and do better on the bosses but until now I didnΒ΄t find all! And I donΒ΄t want to read the full walkthrough to find them. I want to do that on my own, you understand? XD
Sadly I only have two games. Not the three you could buy here in Germany. XD
But the last (here itΒ΄s Dark Dawn) is my favourite
About venus djinn, I think the element earth is completely the most balanced one.

Dark Dawn was okay, but it was too linear, and too short, with was too many cutoff points.
It played nicely, but it just wasn't as much of an adventure as I had hoped. I also wasn't a fan of the "To Be Continued" at the end, that taunted you for finishing the shortest RPG ever.
I do like how every Djinni looks different than the others of the same type, and the new abilities, as well as the throwbacks, but it's just not enough to make it a great game.

I think thereΒ΄s to much story >3<.... I mean they TALK and TALK and TAAAAAALK
If you play it a 3rd time you just think: SHUT THE FUCK UP... I KILL UUUUUU >=/
Well I think it is great, but they couldΒ΄ve made it better!
How is the first game with Isaac? I just have to one with Felix Γ3Γ

The original wasn't quite as good as The Lost Age, but it had its merits.
The characters may be in TLA, but playing them in the original first gives the story more meaning.
I remember I forgot about TLA for a few years, and coming back to it, I was completely lost - I ran around trying to find where I was supposed to go, and I ended up getting strong enough to own most every boss I fought.

Caldenir In reply to James-Belmont [2012-10-06 11:52:10 +0000 UTC]
Maybe I should buy that too... hm ΓΆ3ΓΆ
Yeah, I can believe that!
I ahev a problem with TLA at the moment. I wsnΒ΄t able to continue and searched for a solution in the internet... and the problem is I found one... but it was different to the thing I have in the game. Now I canΒ΄t go on
But itΒ΄s good if you were able to own every boss at the end XD

Thanks.
Y'know, I can tell you are a good person.
Any other person would've just comment-and-blocked me.
You, on the other hand, complement me.

You're welcome. And thank you! I'm just glad we aren't finding ourselves in a flame war all of a sudden. I didn't want to start something like that!

Those are fun, I must say, but I've had too many of those recently

It can be fun for a while, true. But then sometimes I feel bad later.

Probably the only reason I do is because there's already enough arguments in my household without taking it to the Internets. *shrugs*

I avoid arguments in my house.
I stay in my room until I go out, then I talk to people IRL

DragonsAndDreamscape In reply to James-Belmont [2012-09-28 20:33:52 +0000 UTC]
Well, I stay out of the arguments in my house as much as I can, but sometimes I have to say something to defend someone else. There are some times when my sisters get pulled into things they shouldn't have to deal with and then I have to jump in and defend them. Pull a little of the attention/anger to myself, ya'know? Protect them.

The other two people in my house in Langford are my dipshit half-brother who treats me like shit, and my mother who treats him like he can't do any wrong.

Yeah, I had to go to college at the start of the summer, otherwise I would have killed him.
I moved to Vancouver for college, so I'm in a different city entirely.

Sounds great! I'm the kind of person who, despite what's happening in my family, just couldn't leave. I have such wonderful friends here. Plus my dad is really a wonderful guy.

Well, I have great friends in my hometown, but leaving them and not going to jail for murder is more important than hanging out with them for a couple more weeks until I snap.

DragonsAndDreamscape In reply to James-Belmont [2012-09-28 22:25:17 +0000 UTC]
Hmm, good point!
My friends are usually the people who keep me from coming close to snapping in the first place.

I feel bad for you that you don't have someone like that.

Your brother is pretty immature. If I didn't know him better, I'd say he was 13 years old, tops, from the way he acts.
