I'm still actually in the second one.. weird, I know. I've got two weeks left in this one, and then a week off. Then I start the third one. But anyway, kinda busy; I have a test Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and then a paper (which I haven't started.. ) due next Friday, along with two more tests on the same day. 

But then I'm done (for a week)!

Oh, and I've been using HabitRPG since you told me about it.

How's the memorizing thing going for you? And learning Japanese? Weren't you writing a novel too? Hows everything? xP

Ouch that's a busy couple of weeks you got there! As they say in Japanese, 頑張って！ (Ganbatte, do your best!)

Habit is awesome, isn't it?! Have you found a party yet? I'm in a party with some of my close friends and it's pretty fun to do boss fights together because we're all cheering for each other and helping each other out. Did you eat your fill of birthday cake?

Everything is going well enough for me. Except for the memorization, that was kind of a failure towards the end which coincided with a rough spiritual patch for me (was it a cause or a symptom? Not sure). But I'm feeling better in that area thanks to a helpful epiphany a few days ago which really has me focusing on Christianity and what it means to be a Christian among some other stuff. You know, one of the most helpful things CS Lewis imparted to me in particular was how spirituality is always gonna be a bumpy road with highs and lows, so keeping that in mind helps me to persevere through those rough patches and understand that feeling cold in that area doesn't mean my spiritual life is dying or necessarily in trouble, but that it's a living thing which grows and changes and I learn a lot from those times. (And learn and relearn again, Lord be kind to me.)

Oh! Today we had Alan Robertson (from Duck Dynasty) come to our church as a guest speaker, so that was pretty cool And the Superbowl is tonight, but... probably only gonna watch the second half since I still have some stuff to do today and I'm not all that crazy about football, lol.

Phew, I'm DONE!!
Just this minute actually, so now I can actually respond to this . Habit is awesome, and I'm super glad you told me about it. It helped me quite a bit with finals and stuff; I usually write down my list of things I have to finish on a sheet of notebook paper, but that's not quite as flexible as Habit. I can put things on repeat, and have more time spent not writing a stinkin' list over and over. I guess I could have used Word or something, but that's just not any fun.. 

No I haven't found a party yet, I joined a few groups though, just for the heck of it . Yeah, lol, if only it were real...

Oh, well. I'm about to start going to a bible memorization accountability group this upcoming trimester at school, so maybe you can do that with me, I'll fill you in on the verses and whatnot when I know them if you want . I don't know what we're trying to memorize yet, but the guy who is leading the group is one of my best friends. 

Rough patches are a good thing, I know for me hard times in my faith always bring me closer to God when they pass.

Haha, sweet! Yeah, I actually didn't watch the Superbowl either. None of my family cares anything about sports, so they never imparted that to me. My family members are all geeks, so I'm a geek... and proud of it

I'm not going to give up on my John project just yet. I actually formed a gameplan now and just have to carry it out (it's on my Habit To-Dos XD) which is to make a flashcard deck of it and put it into Anki . Like, make each verse a card and then have the answer be the verse that comes after it. Since it's in flashcard format, it's going to be really chopped up and scrambled up and out of order, so I'm nooot sure if it's going to be a good idea that works, but hey, I sorta wanna try it and I use Anki every day for Japanese anyway, so, no big deal XD
