Xin lỗi ben nha, mình làm mà nó xấu quá. Định làm theo kiểu tumblr ý mà k đc, cứ xóa đi xóa lại. Nên là mình chuyển sang làm cái khác rồi, hơi lâu tí nhưng mà lạ(vs mình). Giờ mà tặng quà sn thì vô duyên lém cho nên mình sẽ chỉ tặng k thôi nha

deviantART is a US based company and thus must abide by all US laws, and when you join this site, you also agree to abide by the US laws thus if you break those laws, even if you are in another country, you can still be tried for the crime. FAQ 250 , FAQ 8 , dA Terms of Service

But, what is considered criminal?

Criminal infringement is financial gain, making a commercial work accessible to members of the public, concealing intent of infringement, providing false copyright (what you are doing as when you join dA you sign a legal agreement that everything you post here is legally copyrighted to you), distributing or importing for distribution false copyright information, or removing or altering copyrights.

What does that mean?

On deviantART, it means that anything you post that IS NOT YOUR OWN WORK and is COPYRIGHT TO SOMEONE ELSE can fall under criminal infringement which is a criminal offense in the USA and you can be taken to court for it pending proper proof and paperwork.

What can they do? They don't know where I am.

DeviantART does. Per the Privacy Policy: "In various places on the deviantART Sites, we collect "Personally Identifiable Information," such as your name, age, gender, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information, or other information that can be used to contact you or identify you as an individual.... We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information when required by law or under the good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary in order to conform to applicable law, comply with subpoenas, court orders or legal process served on deviantART, to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, and to protect the property or interests of deviantART." And that information is kept indefinitely so deleting your account or removing the work won't really help. BTW (quickie tidbit for wannabe techies), releasing your IP does NOTHING once they have you on file. You can change IPs all day, but once they got you, they GOT you.

Oh, well what will happen to me if I get caught?

For starters, if you are found to be committing criminal infringement, you can be fined up to $500,000 US or imprisoned for up to 5 years, or BOTH for the first offense. For a second offense (and any after), you are looking at a fine up to $1,000,000 US (that's a MILLION bucks people!) or imprisoned up to 10 years, or BOTH! Holy crap, why would you risk that?! For items not considered criminal infringement, you are looking at a range of $750 US to $30,000 US in fines plus any statutory damages PLUS you have to pay back any profits you made. Also, if the copyright holder sustains the burden of proof (they have to prove you took their stuff), the $30,000 US can increase to $150,000 US. You should also know that in cases of infringement, it presumed that the violator infringed willfully (meaning you meant to do it, and if you didn't, it is up to you to prove it).

I never said you stole them, take a look back at our conversation and you'll see it - I asked if it was you who took them, you said it wasn't; I then asked if you are the person in them, or if you have permission from either whoever took them or the people in them.

And I've just found out that you're probably none of the people in them, and you probably don't have their permission, because they're from a South Korean band called DBSK - I've just noticed it is in your username, but it could mean anything.
