There's a button on the top right corner of the profile page with a blue present on it. It says "give" and one of the choices it has is to give a llama. Llamas are just little trophies or awards that you can give to other deviants who are worthy. There are many different types of llamas.
1-9 llamas are normal.
10-49 llamas are normal llamas with a red cape (super llama).
50-99 llamas are albino.
