Ok, let's start:
1) Omnipotence cannot be used simply because it is a logical black hole. It is simply illogical.
2) Please, don't use vsbattles wiki at all. They are wrong in many ways simply because they use their debatable fanmade standards instead of "solid" feats. Use your own viewpoint.
3) By feats, Gan wins. He created all of the (omniverse/ultimate multiverse/no matter how you call it) and have micro control over every particle there. TOAA created all of Marvel but hasn't such level of micro control. Also, I should notice that we can only power scale him from lesser gods such as The Living Tribunal and The Beyonders, who are pretty much killable. So that is not a solid ground for TOAA to start from.

Nigga no. Omnipotence can be used for an argument. Gan has no feats to beat TOAA. TOAA is a tier 0 while Gan is 1-A. TOAA easily stomps Gan because of omnipotence and because he’s a tier 0. Nobody can beat Tier 0s no matter how much power they have, this is a fact that dumbasses like you cant accept. Marvel characters like TOAA is NOT lesser since he’s been confirmed to be the creator of all of Marvel. You are an idiot who don’t even know what marvel is all about.
