Cosplaying is not hard. I suggest you start with a character that you won't need a wig to cosplay. Usually you just ask someone who works with clothes to make them, or do them yourself if you have sewing abilities. But of course, cosplay a character you like.

A year ago I started a manga (another one xD) and I made like 70 pages but now I don't want to draw more because I've noticed that it doesn't had a story (xDD)

They were only appearing of characters!! And when they'll finally finish appeairing, there wasn't a strory!! Just a group of friends who didn't do NOTHING interesting D':

But now with my actual manga I'm trying to focus on a better story.

I am really great at character creating, but my world setting is a bit unstable yet. (But I create way too many characters, I even have some spare xD)
But yeah the story is always hard. I have the ending ready, and some middle events, but giving the first push that is the start is the hard part in this case.

Same happens too me.... I create A LOT of characters ; A ;
But you can select one of them to be the protagonist and then that character will meet the others in some time, and when he/she meets them you could add parts when they talk about some problems or their past... Or something like that xD

And for me the ending is really hard... I usually have a lot of ideas for the ending but no one satisfy me .-.

Start is easy if you make it this way:

-the protagonist is living his/her life normaly (everything is fine)
-Then, something happens!! Your character is in problem!! He/She needs to solve it/ or live with it
(that part is up to you, because I dont know your story)

Note: Be sure to make the problem something BIG and UNEXPECTED!! That way people would like to read more x3

Yes this is the base for the start. But I did say that the start was hard "in this case". I fear that I would give major spoilers if I told you why xD
Btw, think of the ending before progressing the story. It can become a major problem later. If you think before all pieces will fit, and you can still change it.

Also I have a little trick up my sleeve about the "protagonist" and the people he/she will meet.

And I just thought, what if you start from the middle of the story?? And then "go to the past" (maybe it sounds weird but it's cool)

For example. A story of a detective who is investigating a murder case, and the murder is chasing him! When he's about to die (yeah, I'm really bad to characters! >;D ) he began to remember his life.
When he finish remembering, he escapes from the murder (I don't know how BUT HE DOES) And the story moves on~!

Or you can just start from the final
(in the other example it would be when the detective catch the murder and then he saya how)

And if you can't find a good start because the story is difficult or something like that. You could try to explain it to anyone (In my case, my brother) AND WALAA!! MAGIC!! You have your story ready to be told!!
If you explain it well and the other person understood, you can explain the same in your manga

Well... All stories need to be planned, and for that is important to know what do you want to do with your story, and what is the first impression you want to create. and also what kind of readers you'll get but I don't care much about it
