Anyways..

Um..ok, well my tips that's I've got are:

*Angles are your best friend. Introduce new ways to look at objects through your photography.

If the flower was straight in the center, it wouldn't have appealed to me as much as it does when the flower is off-center.

*Keep people guessing. I know, that doesn't sound like it makes sense...hopefully this picture will help: [link]
You can't see what the dog is looking at...the photographer leaves it up to your imagination

*Be yourself through you photography!!
(That's my favorite piece of advice.)

I'm random...So I take RANDOM pictures! I go outside and I'm just thinking.."hmm...what can I takes pictures of today?" LoL

So, find what YOU like to take pictures of...After looking through your gallery, I see that you like sunsets, which is very EPIC. So just one day during a sunset...spend some time taking all kinds of random pictures of it and see what you come up with...edit them in different ways and you will be very surprised at what you can accomplish

If you don't have something to edit them with, I use Picasa 3, which you can download offline. Just use google to find it

Well thanks a lot for the advice but do you recommend black and white or color or a little of both?

And how does lighting play an effect one the shots you take, do you just do use natural lighting or do you add your own sometimes?

And for editing do you mean programs like photoshop or something more advanced like the one you mentioned?

Well anyways I really appreciate the time you took to give me some tips on photo taking and I will try to take some good ones and I will show you

I do a lot of both...It really just depends on the picture.
I'll play around with it to see what looks better.
It's really up to you...

All of mine is just natural really and sometimes I use the flash...in fact, the only really artificial lighting is overhead lighting in my room or something to that effect (like ceiling lights or whatever)...that's about it. :/ hmm...I should prolly look into more lighting options

And photoshop is MUCH better than Picasa! Just letting ya know
My problem is that I don't have photoshop right now, so I'm working with what I've got. But Picasa is really great when it comes to easy but effective editing.

Cool thanks for all the help, too bad I dont know you in person, cause then I could just give you photoshop cs4 it would take forever to send over the net lol so im going to try and take some photos soon and see what I can do with them
