Hey! Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you.
To make the shoes, I found a pair of shoes at a local thrift store that were close enough on the bottom to what I wanted. I made sure they were strappy sandals with the sort of platform and heel that I wanted. I then painted the bottoms white, made sure I could get in and out of them without fastening anything, and glued long black socks (make sure they're nice and smooth, or it'll look silly) onto the base.

Please read this when you're not busy: I was thinking of being Shego for Character Day or even Halloween, though it'll be kind of informal if I do, and the costume will be way off. Even so, any makeup/outfit tips?
I have mostly hazel/rarely dark green eyes, gold-ish dirty blonde hair, and ever so slightly beige/fair skin. IF I can find it, I have a long black wig xD But chances are I won't be able to get contacts before then. Any ideas?

Don't worry about the contacts. If your eyes are ever green, with all the green makeup you'll be wearing, that's probably all you'll need. My eyes are normally blue, but when I go to conventions I get a lot of people asking me where I got my "green" contacts (they weren't colored at all, just normal prescription lenses).
As for the makeup, don't be afraid to play around beforehand; it's difficult to get the exact shade of pale green. Even I get it wrong still, and I wear this costume a lot. My biggest recommendation is to set your makeup with something, though, to keep it from smudging. I use hair spray. It's more effective than the professional setting spray I bought, and cheaper too. You can get a huge can of White Rain for a dollar, and your makeup will look great all day. For removal, invest in a nice big package of baby wipes to get the makeup off, then wash and moisturize your face as normal. All that makeup is hard on your skin, so treat your face nicely at the end of the day!

Yes, I took your picture in the gaming hall Saturday night. I was the dressed down Black Star that needed a couple tries on my iPhone to get a good pic. It's still an awesome costume and I had to give it a few more looks after I took the picture.
