Hey there! Sorry only just checked my DA profile, haven't been on for a while lol. Haha my dad sometimes call me Yan-Yan! - What's funnier is that my fiance is called Jan, which is pronounced "Yun" - so basically the same name as mine. Talk about coincidences eh?

Are you originally from HK too then? Did you grow up here?

My parents were from HK but iwas born n raised in UK. i just found yan yan cute since i cudnt use Ka Yan since it was already being used. lol

No probs Yeh I tend to only write poems when I'm really sad but then of course I end up being more concerned about just writing how I feel over what's actually good poetry! Whenever I try I just end up writing cliche - I did, however, tried writing a poem about a spider once... o_O And cheers on the compliment about the owl!!

No probs! I even saved a copy of it on my computer (yeh I collect pictures, and occasionally collect writing too!) What inspires you? My stuff is usually too cliche and I'm not sure how to get out of it!!!

Hehe glad you like it! - although I wish I had a scanner - the camera just makes all the pencil lines reflect and it makes it look... well, not bad, but not exactly excellent either! Grrr! I see most of your gallery consists of bits of writing - have you written anything new recently? Or any more on your story? xxxx

Aww you're so kind! My stuff is all right, takes me a while til I get something I like really! The piece that holds the record to taking me the longest to do is a 2-page bit about the Underworld It's the start of chapter 3 of my to-be-(hopefully)-novel lol. I could start uploading that, I guess? Do you keep all your rights, I think? Would I run into trouble if in future I do wanna publish it??

Thanks! Trying to improve but afraid I may not really have the time You should upload more - I checked you out but there's only one photo. Do you use Photoshop? Look into it - put some background into it (or just take the pic in the relevant location) Saw how young you are and I think it's awesome that you're already looking into expressing your photography/art!

Yeah, I guess I'm pretty young. In another website I was on, everyone thought I was 17. xD
