I'll give ya one thing, you put alot of effort on it and thats admirable. Keep at it really, you only get better the more you try. For me, I notice I get better when I start learning how others draw. Like for example trying out diffrent art programs, or figuring out the steps someone takes in doing so. I'll admit it, its hilarious, just keep at it but also never decline someone's critct. I can talk thru tumblr too if you want.
