I loved that one you did of Eugenia!! I wish I had something like that with my Haley Marie! Lol! My first Haley Marie was a 53 pounds,yellow colored,Yellow Labrador that live to be 17! (Quite unusual as Labs usually pass around 11) My present Haley Marie weighs 120 pounds,an Albino,Yellow Labrador that is now over 13! They have been extremely special to me & I wish I could repay them for all that these Service Dogs have done!
(I usually don’t share what they have do for years for me to prevent me from
breaking more of my bones! However, I feel that you will truly understand how close they have been to....(sorry)..me!
Exactly 7 seconds prior to me having another Grand Maul Seizure, they jump up, then come around to the front on me & leap onto my lap! About that time I “freak out” & after going through my typical jerking, I pass out for 20 minutes to 12 hours! Meanwhile, my dogs (are you ready for this?), they grab my shirt at the upper chest area & & lift me out of my chair or wheelchair & gently lay my against either a wall or something like a couch! After I awaken, I slowly look around, only to find myself against a wall or a couch without anything broken! Yup! They have been so special! However, my second Service Dog, Haley Marie II, she has had major problems with her back legs & falls down while going potty sometimes! She is unable to lift me & I fear I’ll be losing her soon, too! I’ll need to hopefully find another female Yellow Labrador Haley, soon! You know, this one doesn’t bark; she talks! Email me & I’ll send you pictures of Haley rearing up and talking to me in her own way! Here.....

But, it usually takes me 1-9 months to complete my drawing cause I’m old fashioned & only use my mouse & keyboard to draw with; not an electronic pen! My hat 🎩 goes off to all those that draw similar items however they are definitely much younger than I am (I’ll be 71 on 17 December!)!! Keep up that great work you all do; much better than I can ever draw!! JayceeJellies, you keep up that awesome work that you do, too!!

Thanks! I'm sorry to hear about your dog. I hope she will be with you for a long time just like the first one. Drawing with a mouse is very hard. You must have a lot of patience.

I do have lots of patience however, I wish I was able to draw as you do, Rebecca! (I hope I didn’t mess up & misspelled your first name? I also hope that you don’t mind that I called you by your first name?) I first learned to draw at Saint Augustine University with Auto-CAD & shortly after that Auto-CAD came out with “3-D”! For me, that was rough! Lol! Of course, I’ve come a long way & have been utilizing Corel! Rebecca, I must confess to you that I still cannot draw, even a “stick person”,to save my life! Lol! I am sure that sounds terrible for someone that draws starships, fighters, and warships fairly well? Of course nowadays I am I guess you call it competing with so many younger generations before me and that a lot of my colleagues are so very young I mean like in their 20s and later which I know it sounds funny to you probably and probably to them also but you have to realize I am much older! I will say this and I’ve mentioned this before, that I am so proud of these artists that do similar things that I do that is for all the starships and fighters and warships that I do whether they are Star Trek or Star Wars or be it may Babylon 5 or Andromeda; in my own opinion, they draw so much better than I do I’m so proud of the work, I only wish that I could’ve drawn or still do as well as they do but they actually blow my mind with how well they do their drawings! I guess you could say I’m kind of jealous inside but not really jealous just proud to be a part of what they draw! Maybe that sounds kind of corny? I hope you kind of understand what I was trying to say? However I really would like to know how to draw what you draw especially the particular figures that I mentioned in my last writing to you; the one did of “Eugenia”! Of course, here I am about to finally as of one to September move into my new apartment, in the Augusta, Georgia area and I’m trying to find out actually I mean seriously how to draw what you’re drawing so I can I guess learn something different. Maybe it’s too late for me to learn, what do you think? Besides it have to be hands-on I’m sure because I surely could not draw even close to what you’re drawing via phone conversation or email! I guess it’s more of wishful thinking on my part, hoping that I could possibly be able to draw something else not that I don’t like what I’m doing but just to see if I could do something that is as exquisite &as defined as you’re drawing? Well I’ll be glad, when I finally get moved into my new apartment, as trying to find a handicap accessible apartment in the CSRA was like trying to find a needle in the haystack because I believe I had actually gone through gosh many dozens of apartment complexes and actually ended up only with two choices since July 1 and this is July 18 so that should give you good idea how long and probably how thorough I have been in searching for a handicap accessible apartment or at least something close to it which had been at least 26 1/2 inches space to get through the bathroom door I mean that’s the bare minimum! Right now I’m going bananas because I can’t do any drawing & this waiting is like killing me! I just don’t know what to do and presently yeah I’m not allowed to have my service dog with me because the Service dog certificate is in the trunk of the car that was basically for all practical purposes stolen! It’s been kind a rough I guess since I’ve had 11 seizures now since 1 July without my dog being present to help me! You know I actually even contacted whoever the CEO of Wyndham motels which encompasses a lot of different motels and hotels and asked if they could slack off on the requirements so I can get my dog so I wouldn’t pass away in their room with a stroke! Lol! I mean it is quite possible at my age and with all the stress going on of course! I can’t draw cause everything is in storage, so I can’t relieve my stress! Obviously there was no reply so I didn’t expect there would be and of course the VA is dragging their feet as usual because I called US senator on them because they’re taking away my pain patches for this RSD disease that I got while I was in the military! Well I don’t need to be bringing all that up so anyway I really would like to know how to do your type of artistic talent, so maybe one of these days I might get the chance, however being that you probably have a very busy schedule & other factors, that you’re obviously not anywhere’s near where I live and given my age, I probably will never get that opportunity! At least let it be known that I really wish I could do that or at least learn how to do what you do! It would be kind of cool, at least I think! And thank you for your two replies that you’ve given as I know you didn’t have to, but I really appreciate it thank you! (By the way I’m working on a project right now and all I have left are the specifications to do and then I can really put it on the Internet! It’s of the look-alike to the Andromeda Ascendant! This ship I’m working on should not to be confused with the sci-fi series HALO!! The ship is called, “Forward Unto Dawn”, of which I’m working on that project right now and all I have left are the specifications to do and then I can release it on the Internet! It’s of the look-alike to the Andromeda Ascendant, it was created after the big war and during the New Systems Commonwealth and it was a Glorious Heritage Class (III) Heavy Cruiser Starship! I can you give me an approximate size comparison between the Andromeda Ascendant, which was 1309 m long and the ship that I’m working on is 4800 m long; my ship is three times the size and probably three times as powerful! I’d be glad to sneak a couple of my drawings so that you can look at it & maybe even some specs if you’re interested?) Just ask me? Keep up the great work, JayceeJellies!!

I know you’re very busy and probably have been busy nonstop like most of us artists! However I was curious if you had gotten any information on that Avalon class bell carrier you had said also that you would be able to provide save three views of the design which if I needed it and I’d like to see that if I could when you have a chance! Thanks very much and again sorry if I bothered you I’m sure you’re quite busy it’s just been a while since I had talk to you and you had replied and February 25 so I thought maybe you might’ve had a break somewhere’s there? Maybe you might just be able to kind of like had a chance to throw something my way!?? Thanks!

Jetfreak-7, thank you for your awesome drawings of your Avalon Class Battlecarrier, my personal opinion, that it was a nice looking ship that you created; if you have any specifications on that ship, I’d love to be able to see them and if you don’t mind, utilize them when talking about it? You know, such as type of weaponry also type of engine, max speed, things like that?? Happy Labor Day my friend be safe! And thank you again for those awesome drawings!!

Thank you, Chiletrek!! I'm currently almost finished with my present project! I've created my own drawing & data on the New Systems Commonwealth Starship, Forward Unto Dawn; a Glorious Heritage Class (Type III) Starship! I've already drawn several drawings of it, colored it, & I'm currently working on the specifications that I will be including on it!
On a personal note; I've been fighting the VA cause they have been removing most of my pain meds and will take all from me& told me they have nothing for my pain for my rare nerve disease called RSD (REFLEX SYMPATHETIC DYSTROPHY) which has no cure! 98% of all men, women, & children having this disease all die within first 2 years of it! Why God has selected me & about 4 other patients with this disease to live beyond those first 2 years; I don't know! I got it while serving my country in April of 1985! I got it through "surgical procedures", according to Bethesda Naval Medical Center! It was supposed to be a standard "arthroscopic surgery on my left knee" but because the surgeon messed up & cut a particular nerve, I got this RSD! Now, after 33+ of this disease, my wife divorced me, my family is gone, I've lived alone for the last 19+ years with 2 different Service Dogs (Yellow Labradors) as my only company! (My first dog died in 2012 at 17 years of human age & my present dog is already going to be 13 in February! Labs usually pass at 11 years of age!) I've tried to get help getting ack my ain meds & nobody will help me! I turned 70 on the 17th! It is extremely difficult for me to draw anymore with the pain, since the meds have been reduced greatly! Soon they will be gone & I don't think I'll make it! I'm not looking for pity! I'm a proud man & have had the Lord beside me since October 21st 1979! I even had the President's Committee for Veterans but, my VA Primary Care Doctor lied to them & said I told her I was happy with the VA removing my pain meds for this RSD! So that committee just closed my case! There is no hope! Nobody really cares about our war veterans, no one!! I'm sure other veterans are getting shafted like me, too! It's just a big joke!! Forgive me for spilling my guts out to you but I'm so stressed out! I was to get married again but I'm afraid to get my future wife involved totally! Presently she is very angry but we can't do zip!! I've actually been thinking about just giving up totally & depart this place.. if you follow my drift? The pain is horrendous & it has taken away my ability to even walk for over 20+ years now! It's bad enough with many people treating you like trash, being in a stupid wheelchair 20+ years!
I love my future bride but, with my pain meds down this low & they will be gone soon enough; I don't want to burden her! I have worked hard doing everything myself in this condition but it will get even worse & I WILL NOT RUIN MY WIFE' LIFE UP!! I know she would do ANYTHING for me but, I can't ruin her future! I'm sorry, I need to suck it up & do what must be done! Darn it, I love drawing so much & now it's so hard to even do! This is not LIVING, Chiletrek, it really isn't!! Forgive me but I couldn't tell my future wife this knowing what I must do soon enough! I'm sorry that I had to tell you this junk! You will ALWAYS be my close friend forever, Chiletrek!! I'll hang on until what meds for pain no longer do zip! I have enjoyed all my brothers & sisters here at deviant Art! If I just buy these meds after the VA finally removes them all, then I'll lose all my 100% Disability! It would destroy my new family ( Britteny & her daughter, Rihanna! ) You see, Chiletrek, I can't put them through this! I'm presently contemplating on what to really do once the pain medications are down so low that Nothing Stops the pain and all those hundreds of thousands of men women and children that have died from this disease; they all died from the same thing; they all committed suicide! I would NEVER wish this disease on even those I don't care for!! It's horrendous, Chiletrek!!
