things are about to get very busy for me soon, I start college on the 29th of this month, so to help your friend, let me tell you so you can tell him, there's a store front on ebay.com if I recall that is based in China, that sell painted resin kits by their team of artists, which will include having to pay for the kit, and the paint job, if I can find a link, I'll send it to you, my non-painter resin kit collector friends tend to go there. The other option, which includes, buying the kit, and doing what your doing now, finding a painter for the kit, have it painted, and shipped back to your friend. I myself have not painted resin in over a year now, due to my transition out of the military. I also sold my brushes and paints with a 3 foot tall rei ayanami kit I did 6 months ago, so for me to do this, would be hard. But I will try to see if I can find an artist, and or store front for you. Also, if you ever get to spend lots of time in Japan, there is the occasional catalog-painter, who will let you go through resin-kit catalogs and let you pick and choose which one you want, and specifics on how they can do the painting for you, so if I find an artist, I'll link you to them.
