I'm more than happy to offer critique, but you'll need to be more specific about what kind of crit you'd like than "how to improve my art!"Β What are you trying to improve upon, exactly? : O

Mostly body shape and anatomy.

Let's see. The best way for you to improve in this area is to do some life drawing exercises, either in a class (which I highly recommend) or by bringing your sketchbook to a public place and being your own teacher, doing rapid 10 to 30 second sketches of people around you.
Do a few different exercises: capture the essence of people's poses. Capture the lighting on people. Focus on the shapes and forms that you see... etcetera. And do these exercises many times over, for an extended period of time. Like all art, the learning process here never ends, and it's best done by observation and personal study.
I could sit here and describe to you the proportions of a human body, but studying them on your own would be far more fruitful. And I did say to use real, living people as your examples, because them being alive will force you to be quick (and messy!! perfection is your enemy here) with your studies.
That ought to help you - it certainly has helped me over the years!
