Thank you for adding my gallery to your watch list last month. I greatly appreciate the support of my watchers. Because of that I try to give back a little of my time by giving some critique and comment on their galleries in the hopes of helping them on their artistic journey as others have helped me on mine.

I strongly encourage you to better learn how to take pictures of your art. How you present your work says a lot about how much you care about it. It shouldn't take much to improve the quality of the images you take of your drawings. Granted, the quality is pretty impressive knowing that you took pretty much all of them with a camera phone. I have a tutorial on taking pictures of one's art that should help you take better pictures of your art: [link] It's in seven parts.

I would also highly recommend that you start doing life studies. Draw things from life (people, animals, objects). Start learning how to translate what you see with your eyes onto paper without trying to follow another artists style. Developing your style and presence as an artist comes from listening to what appeals to you and what comes from your own hand rather than trying to slavishly copy the conventions of another. Yes, there is place in copying master works, but if it is all you ever do you lose the ability to generate truly unique work with your own voice and flavor.
