yeah I saw that too D: why do people do this D.. 
It´s so sad cuz like when someone bought it he or she was so happy and then found out it is stolen... this is the first time it happends when I know about it D:

Yeah, I think the problem is. And I assume this, though I could be wrong. Is that someone originaly sold it to a bunch of people, who in turn have it/sold it. I guess Xaiys bought it from someone who either stole it, or bought it from someone who stole it, and then sadly the cycle went onward.  v_v
If only people would just check to see who a character(s) original designer was, or did some reasearch it might save them from problems like this. Like if I was going to buy a character I would want to know who has owned it before, the original designer, and if it's been a lot of owners I personally tend to check with the designer to see if they're up to date on who does/doesn't own the character.

yeah  it´s bad when like something like this hits you...
it is true! people should be more careful with something like this! i remember something that happened a few years ago when i wasn´t careful enough I almost bought an stolen fursona and nearly lost 400 points XD but now I barely adopt anything : D It is true and people should be aware of these kind of things! 
and thank you again for telling me and telling her that it is stolen!
