I suppose that blue for fonts and such, maybe a royal-ish blue. Background can be black. Other than that, no preferences.

Hmm. Okay. I'm afraid that royal blue might be a little hard on the eyes against either a black or white background, but if I soften it, it may end up looking an awful lot like my AquaPeace theme..
