That's awesome! My father was in the Navy for 20 as an officer, Naval Flight Officer actually. I am in the Air Force ^_^ and to be quite honest I do not know, I would like to know the highest ranking brony, I think that would be very awesome!!

Also what made you want to become a chaplain for the Navy? I think that is a very cool job, but I guess I don't know much about it

I actually come from a total navy family. In the last 100 years 7 (maybe more) men in my family have worked for the Navy, for jobs ranging from an engineer, to plane refuelers, to fighters. My great uncle, who served during korea, died in combat so many miles from the North Korean border and was awarded the presidential citation. I could rant all day about my military family, but our farthest back ancestors have been here since 1678, and we have been fighting since the revolutionary war, and almost every war in between now and then.

But I want to be a Chaplain because that's what I'm best . I figured I ought to serve to the best of my ability in my best ability. I also have training in that, going to church, reading the bible, etc. I don't know if any chaplains bronies exist yet, or any minister bronies either, but I have seen chaplains who are commanders (all chaplains are officers) and we haven't had an officer in the family for many decades.

If in do end up being the highest ranking military brony, it would be fun because, you could be going near people like black grph0n and be like, "Officer on the Deck!!!" And even though you would be off duty they would all treat you as a higher ranking officer.

In summer I'll get a certificate and I ll be a qualified teacher of the Russian language to the foreigners.
I know that Russian is super hard, if it wasn't my native language I would never start to learn it You are a hero
