Okay I'm sorry, I was trying to draw something for you but I don't feel too good, today. Here are the ideas I came up with, though:

* The element wings are a unique touch (leaf and water) so maybe add rare traits to them too. The water wings could have fish or bubbles etc in them, the leaf ones could have flowers or buds.
* Instead of having the puddle of water on the back surrounded by flowers (too similar to pond ponies) put the water somewhere else. Maybe a water mane, with the stem of the plant beginning at the base of the mane? Alternatively, have water in the ears or throat, and have the mane be made of flowers which eventually flow into the long tail one.
* Instead of crystal hooves, have water hooves. Basically, the pony is water inside so the flowers are nutured.

So really, you want to keep all the ideas of your species, but make it more unique by moving around the physical traits so they aren't recognizably another species. I think you should really work on making the wings your thing, because I've not seen that elsewhere before.
