# About me
Hiya! My name is Laura, I'm 20, and I live on the sandy beaches beneath the palm trees in sunny Florida. I enjoy living here because it's just so tropical, I don't think I could live anywhere where I didn't see palm trees on a daily basis. I love art and nature and I'm currently in a state college, aspiring to become an animator. Unfortunately they lack art programs of any kind, so once I graduate (finally!) next spring 2016 I'll be looking for other means to get into animation.
When it comes to art, I've been doing it for years but never really tested my abilities until I took art in 12th grade eons ago. I mostly do traditional work but I'm experimenting with digital now. I tend to work in graphite, watercolor, ink and clay, but I also occasionally use charcoal, pastels and acrylics.
Over all I just love to work with my hands and I'm trying to work with as many mediums as I can.
I also love to write, play piano and do photography. I'm really friendly, outgoing yet still an introvert. Feel free to ask me questions and browse through my gallery.
