You should be grateful that you've got a tablet. I don't lol. It is in my wishlist T_T

And yes practice and practice.. as Mytiko-chan said, you can simply sketch and scan. You can redo the lineart with the tablet if you wanted to which is recommended, so you can have defined lines Then color, you can use many softwares like Corel Painter, SAI, Photoshop, etc. You've got many tutorials around, don't forget about them.

hey, thanks for faving my Vincent painting, and sorry it took so long to reply!! maybe a good start on your wacom would be to do hand sketches, scan em, and touchup/color them with the tablet? It took me over a month to get used to mine, and I still don't have it right! keep trying... you'll get there, that's what sweet told me, and she's reeeeeeally good!

You don't know how much that means to me. I just don't have that much experience with them. I've used them in school a little, but my teacher forced Dreamweaver down my throat for the first half of the year rather than Flash. So, I haven't gotten to use it much.
