Activision took over Blizzard and it just got ridiculous. That and I found other expanded universes to get interested in that I found far more compelling =) (Smile)

What about Starcraft?

I do feel that Cataclysm had good ideas but was squandered. Wrath of the Lich King didn't fully bother me

Tirion actually was a perfect foil for Arthas since Arthas's goal was to make them so obsessed with vengeance that they would discard morality. Tirion had seen the consequences of such actions when his son was murdered by the Scarlet Crusade, hence why he made different choices. He also had little connection to the Alliance so he wasn't as hurt hard by Arthas's betrayal. As such he's one of the few guy's arthas's strategy won't work on.

The Tournament was somewhat explained in a short story; He wanted to help diffuse the tensions in all factions.

The Aspects weren't that contradictory. They gave the impression of guys who's day was essentially done but were still trying to fight the good fight in a world that increasingly didn't need them. By Wrath one was dead, one was AWOL one was evil, and one was.....I don't remember. Rhonin was actually fairly tolerable in DOTD, since he actually made a few mistakes and was often unsure of himself and confused.
