# About me
Born centuries ago and switched for a human newborn, I was subsequently raised by a pride of alley cats who taught me the Way of the Cat, meow. Since then, I've been a wizard, a mad scientist, a role-player; studied engineering and the paranormal; taught Defense Against the Dark Arts for a year at Hogwarts and studied sorcery at Miskatonic University and the Scholomance; went completely mad (but since mostly recovered); and become interested in Steampunk and Cosplay.When not stealing art from various websites or generally making a nuisance of myself online, I can be found either in Elfhame Mysthaven or somewhere south of Seattle, WA, USA, and I only bite if you give me permission first... although if you scratch my chin just right, I'll purr like a kitten!
I'm part Unseelie Court Fae and part cat--which makes for a very strange mix indeed! You may think at first that I'm mad as a hatter, but I'm usually a nice guy once you get to know me... Just be careful, because I have a thing for whips, chains, and naughty games (and not all of them are played in the boudoir, if you know what I mean!).

Actually, I'm from Tacoma, and hating it horribly. If my brother and I could afford to move to Seattle, we would in a heartbeat, believe me! (We're both on disability, and neither of us can afford a place alone, so we share an apartment.)
If it weren't for the fact that my brother and I are going to move in the next few months, I'd ask if you'd like to get together sometime. Unfortunately, I don't have a vehicle at the moment, so I'm limited in how far I can travel right now, but I'm working on it...

Not a problem at all! I know all too well how real life can interfere with fun stuff--my brother and I are gearing up to find a new apartment in the very near future, which means that I'm about to be rather busy soon. I'd jokingly suggest that everyone named "Darkstar" or a variation thereof get together for a convention, but I don't think there's a convention center big enough to hold us all!
