thanks. no i draw with pen/marker and scann them, use illustrator to turn the drawings to vector and colour/compose like any other vector

I'm working on it, I learned a few new tricks in Cinema 4D. I figured I shouldn't go anywhere with Cinema 4D until I get very comfortable with it. Then I'll move on with this new SPD feature. I will use SPD as soon as I can find it.

I don't know what "SPD" is. I use photoshop for brushing because it's what I know how to use. Don't worry about the questions. Photoshop takes a while to grasp and is a 2D application. It could be used to improve everybody's work.
