I hit a little snag--it's gonna take a lot of editing before the material is usable. So don't hold your breath. It's kinda like the first F&F--I've only got the bare bones of 'my' characters. I need to build up some more steam before everyone will finally decide to come to life.
The good news...There's more material to work with than I first expected. I'm really tempted to write the entire progression from the initial zombie apocalypse to my hundred-years-later conclusion.
Ohh... I just got attacked by a few bunnies. I think I just realized where to get that steam I'm missing. Kufufufufufufu.

Oh my. But I, speaking for myself at least, really like it when an author thinks about his/her character's personality through and through, and doesn't just let them be bland *coughtwilightcough* as if they were left out in the sun. Simply put, I'm a sucker for character development just like you did with Tsuna in Flames and Family.
Good news indeed. 8'D But GOD if I ain't curious as to what your zombies, werewolves and vampires are like. Based from what you had in F&F4, you really made the vampires and werewolves your own creation while still retaining that something classical about them ... or something like that

I'm a fan of you Flames and Families story at fan fiction. I've have just discovered it within the first few months of this years and have devoured you story comepletely.
There are a few things that I don't understand. If you sould be kind enought to tell me the chapters that these things happen, I would be delighted.
1. Why is Hotaru a girl?
2. What happened to Tsuna to cause his eye to be damaged?
I tend to skip chapters and am super lazy to read them back, so, please? Onegai...

I don't have the chapter numbers on hand, but I hope this helps...
1. It truly begins with Hattori, but the actual physical change starts with the chapter where Hotaru is helping his mother at her fashion show. He has to take responsibility for a mistake and shape-shifts himself in a girl--then gets stuck that way due to embarrassment. Then, after spending some time in that form, he begins to lose track of which is the 'real' Hotaru--the boy or the girl--until he comes to terms with the reality that he's neither. Hotaru isn't defined by gender anymore than a regular person would be defined by their hair style.
2. Which time? LOL I've wounded Tsuna's eye a lot of times.
