*blush* Well, katarra8 sells a pattern on her ebay site, which *black-lupin successfully turned into a wrap dress. Otherwise it's the straight-up men's shirt which might need some tailoring to fit feminine curves. I haven't looked into the wrap shirt too much but I'm happy to say there is a pattern, and I can help you with details once you get that.

Not at all. Awesome that some fabric was found. I am, however, afraid that I'm not terribly good at resizing (and trying to help someone do so over the internet is even more difficult) but at the very least it's a matter of cutting the pattern closest to your size and lengthening the bottom. Since it's a wrap I believe there's a little more leeway fit-wise as well.

Aww. Erm I don't know what the actual etiquette is in that situation (I could consult Emily Post I suppose) but it would be hella rude on her part to keep the ring, imo. I mean I wouldn't spend more than a grand on an engagement ring and I'm feeling more like... $500 tops. I'm cheap. My favourite ring (which could work very well as an engagement ring) was only $90. Maybe it's getting washed out by the lights. Kelley's eyes often look gray or brown when we all know they're an icy blue so... Maybe it's possible the metal of the ring is being refracted through the diamond under those studio lights. Film/lighting can do weird stuff to color.

I have trouble telling if the band is gold or silver half the time because of the lighting, nevermind the stone (and it's often pushed off to the side so even if you can see his pinkie it's hard to see the stone). So I guess the bottom line is are you getting a false diamond or false ruby?

That was De's third time doing the OK Corral, I believe. I think he did enjoy it. It's a fun ep... I'll put it on when I'm done with Mad Men for today.

Yeah, the other thing I want to know about the ring though is the style. It KIND of looks like a class ring to me in some pictures. The area around the stone looks like it gets slightly wider in the band, you know? But it's so hard to tell with these photos.
