Thank you so much for the of my Reflective Twins in Paint watercolour, it was done for   from a reference chosen by him.  This was outside of my usual range of colours and the types of scenes I choose to do, but Michael loved the final result, and that is the most important thing.

Thank you very much for the of my Tulabi Falls acrylic painting.  I am pretty sure I have well over 200 hours time spent working on it.  I started it in 2009 and finally found time to finish it now.  I am glad you liked it.

You're welcome!  I was positively enchanted by it.  Congratulations on finishing it, though!  I know when I finish a long-term project, I feel as though a part of me is missing, especially since I've been thinking about it for years...and all of a sudden it's done.  Do you get that feeling, too?

Wow thank you for saying that is such a nice comment to receive. With me and my big art projects it's about surviving the marathon of creating them, slow at the start, boring in the middle, and finally a race to the finish line.  Once I put the signature on a piece my mind is already on to the next one.  So I don't miss them, but I always hope that where ever they end up, they are truly on display, and appreciated by whomever has them.

You're welcome!  I'm glad that you can share your work with us!  Sometimes I think back to what it must have been like in past centuries, to not be able to capture a scene with the click of a button, AND to not be able to share it with as many masses due to a lack of technology.  Makes me sad sometimes.  On a happier note, we both don't live during that time period, and we get to enjoy the art of many!
