Just because I'm curious, how much would you charge for a book cover if commissioned? Just a ballpark is fine. You have some serious talent and very amazing pieces.

thank you! I guess it depends on the complexity of the illustration! haven't done any book covers for a long time. I think it's better to charge your work for the time it will take you. Again thank you very much!

wow, you're so amazing! i'm wondering how you make your paintings, do you always use a 3D base to paint it later?

No, but in Space Journey I did. First I made a paint sketch where I defined the composition, values, and lighting. Pretty much the most important stuff. Then I did a simple 3D blocking, which I later took it to photoshop to paint over and give the details, color, and all the good stuff.

can I ask you another question? did you paint all the elements in Valley? or you do something like a photo manipulation and then paint it?

photomanipulation+paint. Pretty much like a matte painting.
