that was just done with a swivel knife, then antiqued. ^__^.

Otherwise, linen thread, an awl, and a knife, plus paper. Needle, too.

I'm afraid not. My Cymraeg is really bad. I went to a Welsh school but was never very good at it. I was on Wedi 7 last year and, even with a lot of help from the presenter it really highlighted how rubbish i am at speaking it. Embarrassing!
I'm guessing you're a fluent Welsh speaker it right?

yes I am but to be honest, I've been fluent welsh since I was 3 & i'm really no good at it even thought I'm still in a welsh comp a the moment! I always speak english to the teachers and I usually get a telling off about it.
Welsh is becoming more of a dead language by the year sad bussiness :/

that's funny. I had the opposite happen to me in school. My Welsh was so bad the teachers used to ask me to speak to them in English . It's sad that it's declining though and the Senedd knows it. There was a report on the news about the possibly of setting up a Welsh speaking only community with any non Welsh speakers either having to learn the language or they'd have to move out! Sounds nuts but if it helps keep the language going then maybe it'd be worth it.

ahhh, that is pretty nuts :S
but yeah, i do find it sad that our own language is dying. it's bassicly the closest thing we have to the celts.
