I'm sorry for not helping you, and I want to say something else :

- I didn't practice sprite editing for a long time now (last time was in August )

- I don't think I could continue (animations + sprite editing) since Sprites-inc.co.uk (website for Megaman's sprites) is down : so I don't have any more resources. It is my fault, I didn't expect that.

- I don't think I can help you because I used to make some edited backgrounds, not original ones, so the result won't be good as you expect.  
Then I advice you to find someone else for your project if you want some good backgrounds, not someone like me I think...
