Wow, this turned out great! I really like the energy that you have in your lines--adds a certain fluidity to the limbs. 
And yeah, Reubens' is known for his paintings of er... very distinctive looking women, but I really enjoy his anatomical studies!Β

Wow that's a lot of questions!Β But first of all... Thank you very much! And yes, I'm from the area, so... bonjour! Haha. (Je devrais demander maintenant si vous prΓ©fΓ©rerez parler en franΓ§ais... Dans tous les cas, je suis correct avec les deux!)Β
I primarily use Paint Tool SAI for sketching, inking and colour flats, and then Photoshop to use special brushes, effects and touch-ups. Otherwise, traditionally I like a plain old HB or blue col-erase pencil for sketching. As for tips uh... I have a plethora of resources in my "Tutorials" resources folder, so feel free to peruse through those and go crazy! Aside from that, I think sketching every day from your imagination and from a real-life source (objects, friends, family, pets, etc.) is really helpful. (That said, I'm a bit of a hypocrite for suggesting this as it's been a while since I've drawn on a daily-basis, too. 
I stillΒ primarilyΒ consider myself as a self-taught artist. I started an arts program in Cegep, but I'd already learnt a lot of the basics by then-- what that gave me was moreΒ practice and the incentive to try out new subjects, themes or mediums that I wouldn't have otherwise. The educational programs I'd recommend are the Illustration or 3D Animation programs at Dawson College, however, if you're willing to pay very high tuition and go to Ontario, there's always Sheridan College's highly-reputable animation school. Finally, there's this centre in Montreal I've head people talking about which offers drawing classes on various subjects which are also tailored to different skill-levels. It's pretty pricey but well worth the trouble-- I'll try asking a friend for its name!Β
