OK, so much for what you've called natural speaking..
I read your journal entry with interest.
Being itself is a contradiction, even in us there's constantly something dying while something else is born at the same moment. The universe wouldn't be if there weren't two poles for everything.
It's a difficult path, always to keep the balance on that ridge between being naturally superficial and handling what you observe beneath. I can't say if there's a golden path, I haven't found one yet.
But the one thing I know, although it sometimes feels like being pulled through a maelstrom, never let yourself down because of it. Doubts and questions are just doubts and questions. Important ones, sure, but never should they dim your inner happiness.
As long as you keep a sunshine in your heart you will overcome all trials on your path and one day, you will discover that you found for yourself that balance between worlds.
