HEY girl. =] How's it been?
I was at my sister's college today and I had to stop because posted on one of the corkboards was a little flyer that I could have sworn had something you had drawn on it. I could be wrong but it looked like perhaps one of your older works, it was of a little kid who you couldn't tell was a girl or boy and it was very pink, saying every person should be respected regardless of sexual orientation or gender. Could this be yours? Just wondering if you had any idea, I know it's super random.

Hi. Recently I've been playing around with watercolour, and I'm completely clueless at it. ha. I was wondering what you use to outline your watercolour paintings with?

first, get some good watercolour paper! that is most important (and most expensive)
i actually don't outline drawing before watercolouring them and just leave the pencil marks in. if not, i've tried outlining using a typical lineart black marker, or using black watercolour and a brush /after/ colouring it. remember to stack up the layers of washes to prevent bleeding and shading discordance.

by stacking up the washes do you mean to make sure they're completely dry first?
Of course I did lol. You're amazing! And I've only taken one crappy art class that taught me NOTHING of any use to me. (Except perspective) I have absolutely no idea how to paint haha.

yep, make sure each layer is dry unless you are blending certain darker areas together. to imitate wrinkles and shadows here [link] i waited for a long time until it was completely dry. make sure that if you're adding highlights in a certain area, don't colour there! there is no white watercolour!
