So I was talking to my friend (also a techie X3) about what graphics cards would be best, and he told me that you had to take the computer apart to install it...LOL But anyway, he redirected me to a site that could test how well my comp would work on TF2 if I downloaded it, and it turns out, it would absolutely suck .-. So I'm going ot wait for Christmas to get my laptop

You could... overclock your computer. [link] I'll warn you right now, though - this will make your computer overheat more easily.
Other than that, try running Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragmenter.

You can usually get one at places like Staples or the Source. Just make sure you know what kind of graphics card slots your computer has, and what cards it can handle. I don't know anything about your computer, so you're on your own there.
