Heya! I was wondering do you still have the Wes and Rui models?
I USED to have them but...
My old computer decided to explode on me, therefore I lost them

I have a question
Is it possible to make IK bones inΒ Metaseq?
I so how can I?
Because I cant make the the chains Β in PMX editor.

Mole-Chan In reply to MajorAwesomeness [2015-01-05 08:39:49 +0000 UTC]
Yes and no.
Metaseq treats all chains as IK by default, but this won't translate to PMD.
If the IK is for legs, my suggestion is to make sure all the bones have the same name as the standard leg bones, then extract the basic skeleton from another model (I suggest animasa kaito), and merge that.
It will bring the IK bones with it, and merge them with your leg bones.
Otherwise, do the chains in PMD editor and then convert that to PMX.

Played DuΓl not long ago (got the bad ending though. :I). I love the entire concept, and it has good potential to be expanded upon. Currently got my hands a bit tied with my own project (it's a webcomic), but I wouldn't mind writing a VN, be it with you or something of my own.

I'd definitely be open to some sort of collaboration in the future, if your schedule ever clears up. I'm really flattered. *V*

I'm actually just waiting for the artist to make the pages (I've finished a good chunk of the 2nd chapter of the comic script). XP But yeah, perhaps tomorrow at the latest (or over the weekend), we could talk or something. Β

Mole-Chan In reply to PrincessSkyler [2013-08-29 22:17:09 +0000 UTC]
v3 Is PMX only due to PMD's vertice limit.
v2 should work. What version of MMD are you using?

erm.....tbh i dont really know... what i do know is, is that idk how to update it to the latest version
π: 0 β©: 1
Mole-Chan In reply to PrincessSkyler [2013-08-30 00:23:27 +0000 UTC]
The folder should contain the version number in the name. If not, go to help > about in MMD.
To update, just download it from here and move your "userfile" folder to the "userfile" of the new version. Simple! C:
This problem is often because I use a particular version of PMD editor, that writes models in a way that old versions of MMD can't read very well. If you update MMD, it will be able to read the textures. It will also be able to read PMX.

Click that.

I see. Definitely update with the instructions I sent then. Anything lower than 7 won't work read in the textures properly.

download "directx9 version" from here. Then move your older "userfile" folder.
