# About me
I am a sweet, friendly, happy, very tall young woman living in New York City and working at a job I love in the fashion industry. I will not bore you with a long-winded account of my teenage angst or the effort it took to become the woman I am today. Suffice it to say that I am gay, and so my path has been a little stormier than most. Nevertheless, I have been lucky enough to have a supportive family, caring friends, some of the "advantages" brought about by an upper middle class lifestyle and my love for my work. I am an illustrator in the fashion industry and so, for me, my work is sometimes like play...not always!...and I am lucky enough to be in a milieu where gay people seem to flourish. I am in a relationship with a beautiful woman whom I love desperately (see photos of her in my profile). Who can complain? I love to make the rounds of the New York clubs with Regina. Sure thing. It's always a pleasure to see your work every now and again. I forget just how talented of an Artist you are. So how long have you been drawing, about as long as you've been a Lesbian (which I assume is a loooooooooong time)?

I started drawing as a little girl, just like everyone does. I just never stopped. I studied art at Cooper Union and Fashion Institute of Technology. I now work as a fashion illustrator.

And in your spare time do Fan Art and portraits of some very Beautiful Women. I can dig that.
Now ME, I've drawn for as long as I can remember and it's always been Freehanded, I never traced. To me I equated that with cheating. I've always used No.2 Pencils, never a Pencil set. Call me lazy or stubborn or set in my ways but I've definitely have mastered using such a tool for my Traditional work. I assume you use a Graphite set--what are the Advantages of that over a No.2 Pencil in your opinion and which sets have you used/are your Favorite?
