I would have to say Special Effects hair dye... NOT Manic Panic XP That stuff is awful. It has never worked on my hair, and my hair is a light blonde, so it's easy to bleach out. You can order it at www.amphigory.com

Hey muffin! Manic panic seems to be the brand that most people agree is best. Your definitely going to have to bleach your hair tho if you want the color to be as bright as mine was. It does fade pretty quickly tho so what i did was i separated the hot pink part of my hair and shampooed it less often than the rest of my hair. When it did fade the color was still nice tho, more of a bubble gum pink. Hope this helps
