thanks for talking to me too - because of it I've learnt heaps more about Gackt as an artist and an individual, and I now respect him more. 
it doesn't surprise me Gackt watches fanmade vids... It seems he's got a strong connection with his fans and -exactly that- he wants to know who we think he is.

~just seen vid~ hmm, from just this first viewing - did the whole car/girl/smoke scene remind you of that girl with leukemia and the car crash from Jihaku??? The scenes were all from Gackt clips, and I was too busy trying to figure out if it WAS from jihaku to look at what SONG it was... I'll do that later... but, I think it is. And... hm... was the song title meant to be sarcastic/ironic, by any chance? Well, whoever made it - I have a feeling they've read Jihaku. I shall watch it again.
And yah, I;ve also been doing stop-and-start kana study for the last few months. I think I've gotten the gist of hiragana, halfway though katakana... and yeesh don't strat about kanji X__X
I couldn't possibly write whole messages in german like you do in english ~I'm assuming you studied it in germany..~. and no matter about german being harder, i think you've put in a great effort!!! hopefully my lazy typing has not affected your english badly in any way...

Yeah that one story... I really thought about it a lot and sometimes I still do. He must've really loved her, although they were only together for such a short time...
Strange but I was wondering that too, I mean, wondering if that could've been her or rather symbolizing her..
I'm glad I could show you a little more of him, because I think he's really a complicated but truly genius artist... you see, there are many people who think he's just doing certain things in order to gain popularity and money. But even if that was right - so what?
He still has to fight hard and also work hard for it - like everyone. So what? Would it change the fact that he was able to touch the soul and heart of thousands of people with his voice, his precious, his divine voice? I don't think so.
He appears in many ads and also in many magazines and tv shows, doesn't he? Do you know why? He explained it once in an interview. Maybe I should just show you this fansite, it's one of the best around: [link]

YES! I know what you mean... Even if Gackt WAS the biggest attention-seeker ever, at least he's something we don't mind giving attention TO, LOL. I'd rather see Gackt on TV all day rather than the fake artists who sell stuff that's not even theirs to sell to a huge audience just for the money. And yes, it hasn't been an easy way to the top for him... Contrary to what some might think.

He didn't particularly strike me as in love with the leukemia girl, as much as... affected by her. As in someone he thought that was just there as temporary replacement for something else, until she screams down the phone at him with all these real and genuine emotions and he realises that humans aren't "just there". She opened his eyes to the world or people taking note of others and to the notion that even if you might not care, others do. As for him loving her then or now a lot, I can't tell... He was breaking up with her/she with him, right...? But she seems as more of a teacher to him than a lover. That's my somewhat lacking impression of the situation.

Yeah actually he said he was really in love with her and because of that came to realize some things - I have the impression he only realized he was breaking and hurting people with his selfishness after he almost got himself killed in that accident. He didn't want to break up with her and I bet he couldn't understand why she needed to back then also.

You are quite good! I've talked to someone from belgium who had been studying German for 8 yrs but couldn't understand more than "Guten Tag, wie geht es dir?" before, so...
"Ich komme nach Deutschland in August" -> the "in" should've been "im", but people would understand you without problems nonetheless x)

German grammar is just cruel and horrible... even I, who was born and am living here, have problems, sometimes.. even native people do! And really, your German is not bad at all, please stop doubting yourself, nya k!!?
