And yes--the group rules say that anything not confirmed by JKR, including but not limited to slash, are very welcome to be submitted to the AU folder Thanks so much for checking (partly 'cause it was something I hadn't considered, so now I know the group's policy better!), it means a lot to us that you made sure before submitting anything. But now, feel free to submit as many slashy works as you like!

I think he would. He'd probably be more into Stones (*cough* I have NO problem to imagine him walking around humming Satisfaction ), but so am I. And I can't deny I have a thing for Beatles too (what sane person doesn't? Then again, no one called Sirius 'sane'...).
I actually think mine and Sirius's taste in music is pretty much alike. On one hand, the punk side. Rebellious not as much about the music itself as the mening behind it (the music is good too, but you know what I mean. Main purpose.), but on the other hand he goes deeper than for example the Sex Pistols. Clash would definetly be one of the bands topping the list... I also imagine he would be more open with his punk-side, since that is part of his image. But he wouldn't hesitate defending The Beatles either, as you might have noticed, lol. They are sort of... sacred? They're not my number one favorite band, but I WILL throw a punch to defend them if I have to. Then again, I take music way too serious... heh.
So... to sum up (I've been thinking about this way too much), I think he would be pretty into them, but more of a Stones-guy. Then again, what do I know?

Yeah, I can see him liking those bands, definitely Yeah, the Beatles are awesome, the reason I asked was because I'm writing a Bealtes/Marauder crossover, with hints at J/P G/R and obviously some R/S. It's interesting wondering how four young wizards would react to meating the Fab Four. The Bealtes are my favourite band, next to a Japanese band called Moi Dix Mois.

By the way, I was just thinking... The other day I for some reason sat down and translated an old short story to english. It's not HP, but it's kind of inspiered by the Black family, and it's not even two pages anyway. Just something I wrote for my ninth grade swedish teacher when she said we wern't allowed to write more than "three hand-written pages". Which is what, ONE page on the computer? One and a half maybe. Damn her. I didn't like her to begin with... She was incredibly immature (and homophobic. Guess if I used that to my advantage?).
My point being... could you take a look at it? She gave me a good grade and all, but since my swedish was actually better than hers (not kidding) she was... kind of scared of me? We had a twisted relation. *rolls eyes* So I don't know if the original thing is good, even less if the translation is. I know you said you'd check the chapters for my fic, but since this is only one and a half page... please?
