I got my best friends helping me, but I haven't said anything to my parents yet but I'm trying my best to tell them about it.

and it really hard to talk to parents, but in the end it releases a lot of stress and you have extra help! I hope you receive a lot of help and get over it soon

yeah I can relate to that :/ I still don't know why but it's always kinda hard to talk with parents about that kind of stuff... but you can do it! try to find the perfect moment to tell them, and it's easier if you start by a topic related to that and slowly start to talk about it

Thanks, I'll try and see if I can do that. I don't really get why and how it's hard talking to parents, or even a sibling in my case, about something like that kind of stuff. I mean with certain things I can understand why it's hard to speak about to a family member, but things you need to get some help with? I wish I knew why it's hard talking about it to parents or a sibling or anything of the sorts.
