I made it on my own :]
My hair was black, but i had to wait 5 months before I could start the bleaching process, because bleaching over newly dyed hair is very unhealthy for it. Once I waited, I bleached my hair with 30 vol developer and purple toning powder about 5 or 6 times (because my hair was so dark), in between 2-4 week time intervals. Then I just lathered on the pink and it was completed.
