Well, yeah it's really hard to, but just keep on submitting art, make sure to put a lot of tags so people can find it at search, and just be active you know? Don't just submit art and then just wait, you gotta go around, comment on other art, watch other people as well. That's what I've been doing, and it's been turning out pretty good.
