I just came to dA to write how after much thought I was unhappy enough with the Creative Commons license at the League of Movable Type that I had decided not to join, and I saw this reply. :) (Smile) I’m probably going to use the MIT/X Windows license from now on for fonts, as a more font-specifically friendly way to say ‘Do whatever you want with this’.

Even were I to use a more restrictive license, I would rather use the Open Font License, because there is a kind of font-specific cultural superstructure to it.
